Yes. We livestream meetings, conferences, graduations, and community events, with multi-camera production and recording. We are the official AV and livestreaming partner of the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center.
We are based in Beckley and work events across southern West Virginia, including Raleigh, Fayette, Summers, Mercer, McDowell, Greenbrier, Wyoming, and Kanawha counties. Travel time is billed from the time the crew leaves.
Every AV job starts with a scoping call. Call 304.250.0123 and tell us the room, the schedule, and whether anything needs to be recorded or streamed. A deposit reserves your date, and the date is not held until it clears. Once a date is held we turn down other work for it.
